One price per serve type, published in full below. Every order runs on Reliant Serve-to-File™: the serve, the GPS and photo record, automatic updates, the signed affidavit — and e-filing that affidavit with the court for a flat $30, with the court's own charge handled by us. Orders accepted for every Georgia county. In covered service areas, your first attempt is guaranteed within 48 hours of us confirming your papers. A 6% convenience charge applies to every invoice and is itemized on your quote before you pay.
No zones, no perimeter tiers, no surprises. The price is set by the kind of serve you need. Addresses far outside metro coverage may carry a distance charge — it appears on your quote before you pay, never on the invoice after.
The standard order finishes with your server's signed affidavit of service e-filed at the court: the serve-type rate above plus a flat $30 filing fee. We handle the fee the court charges — you never see a separate court line. We electronically file the affidavit of service, the proof that service happened; your pleadings and other case documents stay yours to file. Professional clients who file proof internally can choose serve-and-return instead and skip the $30.
Not sure which serve type to pick? Most attorneys default to Personal for individuals and Corporate for entities. Our intake team confirms the correct type and final invoice within 2 business hours of every order. A 6% convenience charge applies to every invoice, itemized on your quote before you pay.

Your order is accepted statewide — anywhere in Georgia. Our densest server networks cover the metro counties below, where the first attempt is guaranteed within 48 hours of us confirming your papers. Elsewhere in the state, timing depends on distance and on whether the court requires a court-appointment step — both shown before you pay.
Pricing is driven by the type of serve, not the recipient's zip code. A personal serve in downtown Atlanta costs the same $90 as a personal serve in Hall County.
Fulton County orders include a one-time $25 surcharge on top of the flat serve rate. The surcharge applies only when Fulton County is selected, and it's charged once per order — it does not multiply with the number of defendants on the same order.

High-volume firms connect their case management system to the Serve-to-File™ platform: orders go out with case and defendant data, GPS-documented attempt events come back, and the signed affidavit and filing confirmation land in your system when the work is done. Same flat rates, volume pricing by agreement.
Active local server networks across our covered metro counties, and statewide order acceptance — not a dispatch-to-stranger service. Our servers know their counties, their courts, and their case law.

Clayton County guide →Georgia's service of process requirements are governed by O.C.G.A. § 9-11-4, which sets the rules for how, when, and by whom legal documents may be served. The summaries below describe what the statutes say — whether service in any particular case was sufficient is always the court's call.
Under O.C.G.A. § 9-11-4(c), process is served by the sheriff or marshal, by a citizen specially appointed by the court for that case, by a court-appointed permanent process server, or by a certified process server under O.C.G.A. § 9-11-4.1. You can never serve your own papers. Reliant matches each order to a server with the authorization the service county's courts expect.
With Reliant Process Solutions, the first attempt in covered service areas is guaranteed within 48 hours of us confirming your papers. Next-day Rush (+$35) targets the next business day. Same-day Rush (+$75) dispatches a server within 2 hours when ordered before 2 PM ET. How many attempts it takes to complete service depends on the recipient.
An affidavit of service (proof of service) is a sworn statement by the process server documenting when, where, and how service was completed. We deliver GPS-stamped, photo-verified affidavits electronically within 24 hours of successful service.
If a defendant declines to take the documents, our servers follow standard professional practice for a declined serve — announcing the documents and leaving them with the recipient — and record the interaction with GPS coordinates and photographs. Every attempt is documented; whether any particular service is valid is for the court to decide, and the record we produce is built to inform that decision.
Address research is not automatic or guaranteed. It may be considered only for an existing service matter after eligibility, permissible-purpose, evidence, and compliance review. Availability, timing, price, data sources, and any next service step are confirmed separately. Do not submit sensitive subject data through public forms.
Yes — it is the Serve-to-File standard on every order, for a flat $30, and we handle the fee the court charges. Once your server signs the affidavit of service, we e-file it with the court, typically the same day it is signed. The court applies its stamp on its own schedule, and the stamped copy comes to you as soon as it is returned. We file the affidavit of service only — never pleadings or other case documents. Professional clients who file internally can choose serve-and-return instead.
A $95 corporate serve includes the attempts, the GPS and photo record, automatic status to whoever placed the order, and the signed affidavit of service delivered electronically within 24 hours of the serve. A flat $30 e-files that affidavit with the court — no paralegal leaves the office, and the court's own charge is handled by us.
A dispossessory serve at the $90 personal rate runs on the same machine: attempts documented, updates automatic, and the affidavit of service filed at Magistrate Court for you. Five tenants at one property is the base rate plus $50 per additional defendant — priced before you pay.
One serve, one price, no account required. Nothing is charged on this site: you submit the order, we confirm the exact total with you — including any Fulton surcharge or distance charge — and payment is arranged before any work begins. After that, everything that remains is our work, and you can watch each step happen from the tracking page.
